From Pharmacy to Product
My story
👋🏾 After 3.5 years in consumer healthcare sales and product management at a Fortune 500 company, my frustration kickstarted my transition from pharmacy into tech. As a strong customer advocate, it was tough to accept that user feedback never got incorporated into our top-selling product, a nutritional supplement.In September 2020, I quit my job and pursued an MSc in Business Analytics and Management Sciences in the UK on the Chevening Scholarship while running my Career Consultancy business.Since then, I have built B2C and B2B products, systems, and processes that have not only driven $1m+ annual income for users for my Career Consultancy Business but also streamlined ordering and logistics experience for a network of 400+ pharmacies across Ghana, Nigeria and Gabon at mPharma, a leading health-tech company in Africa.I am keen on briding healthcare equity gaps within SSA and I am certain that technology has a role to play in this mission.My skills: Product roadmapping, Product leadership, User research, Stakeholder management, Product strategy, Product discovery, Data-driven decision-making.If you are looking for a data-driven product manager who is empathetic, user-focused and possesses a strong bias for experimentation, let's talk
